Torktek reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any User-Generated Content for any or no reason in our sole discretion. We are not responsible for any User-Generated Content and assume no liability for any loss or damage arising from your submission of User-Generated Content.
Some Services may require payment of fees. By using such Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the Services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of your access to the Services does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to such termination.
